“Big Surf Island,” the latest DLC pack for Burnout Paradise, releases this Thursday on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. The pack will add a new area to Paradise City, accessible via the ocean-side bridge in East Downtown Paradise. Big Surf Island will be roughly the same size as Downtown Paradise, but will contain new gameplay features.
“Big Surf Island” will cost you 1000 MS Points on the XBL side of things, and $12.99 on PSN. No word on the exact size of the download, but I’d imagine it’ll be quite large — likely close to one gigabite total. So clear up some room on your hard drives, folks, and get ready to burn some rubber, Burnout-style. If you’re on PSN, look for me on Big Surf Island. Say hello even.
